Our Yoga classes in London offer you the flexibility to find your inner peace, tailored to fit around your busy lifestyle. We offer 1-2-1 training in central London, and small group training in our gym in St James.
We teach power yoga, which is a more vigorous, fitness based approach to the Vinyasa style of yoga, which is closed modelled on the Ashtanga style of practice. This style of yoga has an emphasis on strength and flexibility, and is suitable for men and women of all levels of experience.
