Saint Atmachaithanya is the spiritual power behind the Chaithanya Yoga School. The School is headed and run by Kamal, and it was inaugurated and blessed by her Guru HH Brahmasree Poojya Swami Atmachaithanya in Spring 2003. Kamal is a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher. She holds international Teaching Diplomas from the Friends of Yoga Society (FRYOG) and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (SYVC). She has been studying, practising and teaching yoga for many years in England, Germany and India.
She is qualified as a Teacher for Meditation (BYTA), Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) Instructor, Teacher for Children Yoga, Teacher for Pregnancy and Post-natal Yoga, Positive Thinking/Mental Power Consultant; and Tibetan Sound Massage Practitioner (BYVL).
Kamal's general classes are Hatha Yoga, including hatha flow, yoga postures, breathing techniques, Relaxation, Prayers. She is initiated by her Spiritual Master HH Swami Atmachaithanya into Kundalini Kriya Yoga, and teaches with His permission and guidance "Kundalini Kriya Yoga", "Chakra Healing" and "Om Healing" Classes/Workshops.
